Welcome to OnlyCats. By accessing or using onlycats.vip (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

OnlyCats is a free, ad-supported website that displays cat-related images, GIFs, and videos sourced from licensed third-party platforms. The Service provides an infinite-scroll feed of curated cat content for entertainment purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are located in the European Union, you must be at least 16 years of age, or have parental consent.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: Creating an account is optional. You may browse the feed without an account. An account is required to save favorites and receive a personalized feed.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

5. Intellectual Property

Third-Party Content: Images, GIFs, and videos are sourced from third-party platforms and APIs. Each piece of content remains the intellectual property of its respective owner. Attribution is provided where required.

Our Content: The Service's design, layout, logo, brand name “OnlyCats,” source code, and original text are owned by OnlyCats and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

YouTube Content: YouTube videos are embedded via YouTube's official iframe player per YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not download, host, or redistribute YouTube videos.

6. Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, see our Copyright Policy.

7. Advertisements

The Service is funded by advertisements. Ad content is provided by third parties (primarily Google AdSense) and is not endorsed by us. Ad targeting may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONLYCATS AND ITS OWNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlyCats from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Czech Republic in Prague.

Mandatory local consumer rights are preserved. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Copyright Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OnlyCats regarding the Service.
